VETERAN CHOOSES ZEDO TO RE-ENTER THE SPACE, AMID
SIGNS OF UPTURN
San Francisco, Calif. - June 5, 2002 - ZEDO,

Company announced today that Shan Franklin has
joined the ZEDO team as Vice President of Sales.

space, I had decided to go back into the industry.

decided to join ZEDO", said Mr. Franklin, a founding
member of Flycast one of the earliest ad serving

Mr. Franklin has over ten years of strategic
sales and business development experience. He
began his career in technology sales at Macromedia,
where he built strategic marketing programs for
selling Macromedia's web development tools. He
joined Flycast Communications in March of 1997
where he led the sales efforts and helped earn
Flycast a market valuation of $100 million dollars.
After Flycast Shan took a position with AdFlight
as VP of Business Development. Since then he had
been running Intellitoy Ventures, an early stage
Venture Capital Fund.

Shan has a BA in Business Economics from U.C.,
Santa Barbara and an MA in Product Development
from the San Francisco Academy of Art and Industrial
Design.
